The four people in a car that crashed into a group of pedestrians on january 22^nd 2012, has killed nine people.

The four, identified as driver Afriani Susanti, 29, and passengers Adistira Putri Grani, 26; Deny Mulyana, 30; and Arisendi, 34, were in a Daihatsu Xenia that swerved off the road at Tugu Tani on Sunday morning, smashing into a group of people.

the car was found to have been traveling at no less than 90 kilometers per hour at the time of the accident. Air pressure in the car’s front tires also was not optimal, adding to its instability at high speed and  Afriani did not have a valid driver’s licence and car registration.

The four suspects will face layered charges, each face several drug charges that could land them in jail for up to 12 years.

My Opinion

all of driver should have driver’s licence, and should not driving a car when under drug and alcohol pressure. and for the victim's family should be patient and forgive afriani's mistake although it’s difficult to forgive her
